5:30pm and I done et all my calories already!

I didn't mean to, but I had a big bottle of Simply Apple pure pressed apple juice chilled down near freezing and begging me to chug it down. It was soooooo tasty that I kept going back for more. I drank about 500 calories before I snapped out of the euphoria and put the bottle down. At least it wasn't some artery clogging treat or fermented cider. Now I just have to stay out of the kitchen. I need a distraction that isn't normally accompanied with snacking, like how I like to eat chips and watch Netflix. I think if I set the treadmill on 2.5 mph and walk for 3 hours while reading my Kindle or watching old seasons of 24 on Netflix...

    DEE1221, I normally only walk 90 mins 6 days/week, taking Sundays off, but today I need something to distract me. I think if I dial it down to 2.5 mph (usually do 3.2) and do something like read or watch TV while walking, I can make it to bedtime without wandering into the kitchen and without injuring myself by overdoing it on the treadmill. But 3 hours is a long time. I'm about to jump on the treadmill now, and will just see how long I can stay on. Might as well end my fitness week with a hard push across the finish line!

    Wow - You walk for 3 hours on the treadmill. That is fantastic!!

    I'm on mine about 30 min in the A.M. and 30 min after dinner at 3.5 mph. That is enough for me. I put the music on and can wait for the 30 minutes to be finished!! hahahahaha
