    Great Blog. Think I will try fasting too. Not quite sure how long. Perhaps after lunch till the next morning. That is probably doable for me. Each one of us has to figure out what is best in that line. I am going to the doctor monday, so perhaps I'll ask him for some advise on it.

    Maybe you can gradually add to your fasting. Add an hour longer every other day or once a week until you get to a day. I know what you mean about fasting - it's like it's on your mind all the time that you're hungry and to me it's mentally stressful. But if I had started it gradually rather than all gungho I would have done better and not been psychologically blistered.
