Great Goalzies!!! Where do you have them posted so you can see them daily? I use scrap pieces of paper and tape them to the glass on the china cabinet, one little piece of tape so they wave at me when I walk by ;)

You can do it, go for your goal. You might surprise yourself with what you can do,
I knew it would be hard but I'm slowly pushing myself and doing it. Not forcing anything but slowly changing my habits. Started month 3 for march and still going strong so definitely do what feels comfortable to you and push yourself when you feel you can.
