I Feel Good

I have been exercising every morning after my devotions. I feel good and I am still here. That is so wonderful. Everyone is so supportive and I appreciate that. It has been a week full of ups and downs yet I have been able to focus. I am trying to make sure I get on at least once a day. To help me not sink back into old habits. Moving along slowly. Tomorrow I weigh in and I am excited about it. That is a change for me. emoticon emoticon
