Hey, all i havent been on here in a long while, but im back. Im ready to achieve all of my goals. Im currently doing a t25 challenge and I go to weightwatchers. please feel free to share your weight loss tips with me. Love u all sym

    I'm in the uk and just saw your post on the WeightWatchers team chat thread. I am doing Pro Points! :-)

    I'm off plan at the mo as going on holiday next week and felt I needed a break from the diet after losing at least a pound a week for 8 weeks straight last Nov/Dec, then after 4 weeks off plan I got another good chunk of flab off in Feb.

    I haven't been going to meetings since Christmas but am going to re-join on 25th March and start attending a weekly meeting again as I think it gives me an added incentive (gotta get this weight off by next week's meeting!)

    When I re-start I also intend to blog daily on what I ate the previous day, and try to eat something different for my lunch and main meal every day and see how long I can do that! Gotta get a bit of variety going here! :-)

    Really nice to meet you. I friended you so we can keep in touch better!
