I had a totally exhausting day today. Had to go back into "town" (40 miles away) to go to the eye doctor. Yes, I live in a rural First my hubby and I went to lunch at Cheddar's and I had the Glazed Salmon Miso with brown rice and steamed broccoli. It was so good and only 576 calories. Then we went shopping at the mall. I was looking for a activity tracker and wanted to compare the FitBit, Jawbone & Polar Loop. They didn't have the Polar Loop so still searching. But we did end up buying a new camera. I have never had a decent camera and so before we go on Spring Break to see the grandbaby I want a decent camera and also my youngest is graduating in May. I am a complete novice with a camera but I am planning on taking a photography class soon. We bought a Nikon Coolpix 520. Now to learn the camera. Luckily I have a couple photographer friends who I can turn to for quick references.

Then to the eye doctor. Lord have mercy, 2.5 hours later my eyes had been numbed, probed, dilated, blinded by the light and watered all my eye makeup off. But all is well and I have a new prescription for glasses and new sunglasses. But the visit and shopping wore me out totally. I wasn't going to blog but have promised myself to take time to get on SP every day to keep track of food & exercise, my teams and at least blog something every day. This is a commitment I need to keep so I can get on the road to being healthier.

So here's my day and tomorrow I'm just going to relax and go visit my Mom.

P.S. Snow & sleet is melting we saw the emoticon today and it was emoticon so that makes me so emoticon !
