Went to see my Rheumatologist today for my treatment. She gave me a cortisone shot in my knee. Right now it's not feeling so great but I'm sure by tomorrow I will feel much better. Had my arthritis treatment and ready to have it kick in. Usually takes about 48 hrs to feel much better.

Had lunch with my Mom, sister, niece, son & hubby at Outback Steakhouse. I have really got to work on my calorie intake. I had the Prime Rib sandwich & green beans. OMG the sandwich was 819 calories. I've got to reign in my over eating. No wonder I'm not losing any weight. I just keep choosing the wrong things to eat. I think cause I picked green beans over French fries and prime rib over chicken strips that I did good. NOPE! This is so frustrating. I feel like I am chasing my tail over & over.

Tomorrow I want to look into getting a fitness tracker. I plan on checking the FitBit, Polar Loop & jawbone UP. So far I'm leaning towards the Polar Loop because it has a display. Anyone have any suggestions on this?

I'm one that believes it doesn't hurt once in awhile to treat yourself, otherwise it can get boring. The next day, get back on schedule for losing that weight.
