Yesterday I went back to day 1 of "The Plan" and this was breakfast:
Then lunch was carrot soup and a salad on the side.
Dinner was veggies in spicy coco sauce! YUM! ON the side I had beet and carrot salad.
This morning I was down 0.2 from yesterday. Not much but it is a start.

This weekend I got a compliment. One of the ladies in my writer's group who had not seen me since I started "The Plan" said that not only was I looking good with having lost the 7 - 8 pounds, but my skin was much better and brighter. THAT IS NICE!
One more day of school and then it is March break!
I have signed up for something similar to NaNoWriMo and it is called Speedbo.
I am working on that too!
I am finding it hard to get going but I know it will be good for me in the long run...getting the creative juices flowing! I don't usually write fiction, so it is a little different to what I am used to. My writing is usually more journalistic or motivational.
I am on day 2 now which means that I get to have rice and veggies tonight! AH! I love that dish!

I have a busy night ahead! Chores, work, cooking....trip to the library. I will sleep well tonight I think!
Totally over winter now, at least half of today was sunny!
