Juicing... Green Smoothies...

I have entered the fine world of juicing and green smoothies. I have always been fairly anti-juicing because of losing all the fiber. I love juices but the recent developments with low potassium and magnesium made me rethink my previous thoughts (you don't have to believe what you think right?)
I have been having green smoothies daily. My Vitamix pulverizes banana, blueberries, kale, coconut oil, eggs and whatever else into a delicious thick smoothie. This becomes a meal to really tide me over.
No I added Juice! I can tell you it looks terrible... thick and dark green. I have found some of my favorite combinations are carrot, apple, kale, celery and lemon. I think I could drink carrot juice daily but not sure that is going to get me where I want to be when it comes to minerals and vitamins LOLOL.
In short. I have had juices and/or smoothies 2-3 times daily for the last two weeks, I have started losing weight again! I am down to 220 Wooot! that is 28 pounds down! I feel fabulous. I am starting to fit into old clothing again (not the real old clothing darnit). My hair and skin are smoothing out and I am hearing all sorts of compliments on my appearance.
So, in short, Yay for green smoothies and juices!
