Week 9 of my 10% Plan

My goal is to start by losing 10% of my weight and to focus on daily goals and mental balance that will get me there.
Here are my results for week 9:
- WENT TO MY 3rdOFFICIAL WEIGHT WATCHERS MEETING
-had a great, on plan week for 5 days!
- even though it is slow, I am still making progress-down 3 pounds since New Year's and I will take that over a gain any day!
Weigh in: Official WW weight:
This week was hard. I was down over 3 pounds all week....
went away for the weekend and stuck to plan.....
then lost it for the last 2 days and blew my efforts away.
The hardest thing about going to a WW meeting is trying to tell the person weighing you in why this is so hard to do! They are great...they listen, they offer advice...
But they have been where I am now...
and they KNOW that this program works,
that it can be done!
So I feel almost silly that I could behave for the majority of the week-
feel completely great and empowered-
and then let it all go for nothing important.
It is not like I binged on things I love and crave...
I just ate too much of whatever was around me.
I know what I need to do. I do not like the way today felt. It doesn't feel good to let yourself down and to acknowledge that out loud.
Only I can change that feeling, and I pray that I have the will power to feel victory over these stupid demons of mine next week!
As always- keep pushing on and refuse to quit!
