March Goals

I could post in here about all the sorrows I have felt the past month, or how much I beat myself up for failing to meet any goals last month, etc. But I'm not going to. I'm going to focus on the positive and post my goals for march!

Goal 1 - EXERCISE:
I will exercise a minimum of 15 minutes a day this month. I should be able to fit this in all 7 days of the week! I must wear my tracker and have it track the exercise in order for it to count!

Goal 2 - FOOD:
I will stay within my calorie range every day.
I will also cut back my coffee intake to no more than 3 mugs per day.

Goal 3 - WATER:
I will drink 2 Tervis Tumblers of water every day at a minimum.

Goal 4 - ME:
I will take time to blog, read, and/or cry whenever I need to without feeling guilty for doing so.
