March Revival - Day 5 - Food inventory to make my eating plan sparkle.

I'm low on fresh veggies and oatmeal so need to go for a grocery run. The only meat I'm eating these days are tuna, salmon and chicken. When I run low on my foods, I tend to crave foods of yesterday. It's important for me to make sure I have a steady supply of heart healthy food.
I did manage to get my steps in yesterday and learned a valuable lesson while doing so. To continue to make progress, I can never give in to that inner voice that says.....I CAN'T!
