Made it to the gym again today. 4 miles on the treadmill. But I've figured out that if I do aerobics first, I don't have energy for lifting. So starting tomorrow, it's the weight room first before the aerobics.
I'm also trying to balance my workouts to avoid overtraining, but I have to be ready for a 5-miler on the 15th. Don't want to hurt myself!!!
