Hmm...I seem to have skipped a week! How did that happen!! Oh well, lol. Back on track with my T25...haven't missed a day yet! On the second level now and boy does it feel good to get my butt kicked!! Lost a few more pounds to boot! Approaching a number that I haven't seen in over 16 years :) I'm so excited and of course, that in itself gives me a little added motivation. Still drinking my lemon water every morning (don't know if it's really doing anything or not though). Bought myself a new cookbook from Bobby Deen...love his recipes and needed a change in menu. Decided to give Whole Foods a try...been avoiding it since I figured everything was going to cost more...well let me tell ya, I was quite surprised at the checkout...it was LESS than what I normally spend!! Just wish it wasn't an hour drive to get to it!! Oh well, a small sacrifice I suppose. Anyways...have a great week everyone, stay healthy and stay warm!! Hopefully I'll remember to post my blog next week LOLOL!

    I love Whole Foods and Trader Joe's but like you say, the drive kind of makes it hard (actually I think it's the traffic that annoys me more than anything) to want to do.

    You'll have to share some of Bobby's ideas.
