I eventually completed my week 2 on Saturday.
I started with week 3 yesterday and acting on a friend's advice, I took to jogging round the house yesterday and it was awesome and sweaty too (I knew the gym would be impossible again). Today is day 2 with strength training and I feel so proud of myself.
Weightloss last week was not so much loss but it did move (I really went over on our anniversary and took some stuff I wouldn't normally take like ice cream and some creamy stuff too).
I hope to record something more significant this week.
