Just Do It

Just do it- that's what I told myself today because I was dreading getting my butt back in the gym. I just kept on reminding myself there are 1440 minutes in a day and you can dedicate 60 of those minutes to working out! I did get in 45 minutes of cardio in the gym. So I finally sucked it up and went. I am so glad I did because I felt great afterwards. I think for me its having the energy to get up and do it. I am looking into buying some type of energy drink to have before I go work out.

The past three days have been pretty good! I have been eating well and haven't cheated yet. I did kind of feel a little guilty tonight because my mom made ravioli for dinner and I had some. I don't know why I felt guilty but I just did I kept on thinking to myself I could have made a better food choice.

here's what I ate today!
-protein meal replacement bar (I usually never have them for breakfast but I was in a hurry this morning

-Apple with peanut butter
-String cheese


- these past couple days I have been controlling my sweet tooth very well.
- Tonight I cut up strawberries and drizzled chocolate on them! Delish

-Only water:)
