here comes march...and here goes the weight?

Ive been working hard to consistantly work out. So far im at 3 days a week. I've been going to the gym during my lunch breaks to get 30 minutes of cardio in and doing strength and flexability workout at home.

But the scale is not budging. Im getting so depressed. My boyfriend lost over 60 lbs last year and during that time I gained 20 from all my med changes. Im such a mess.

im holding on to the hope im building muscle. I do feel better physically. If only I could get my antidepressants and anxiety meds fixed I could feel better mentally.
