Starting a New Week

Praise the Lord! I am starting the week right here. I lost several pounds. I know it is because I feel the support from all of you. I just read a sparkpeople article on 9 things to do to help you lose weight. So this week I am going to start eating on a smaller plate for my meals. Please help hold me accountable.

    emoticon I started eating on smaller paper plates because I didn't have any small salad plates. Then my wonderful mother looked high and low for a discontinued Lenox china pattern and found the salad plates and coffee cups. She knew I had always wanted a set, but knew I would never spend the money for a full set. So that was her reward to me for staying with a healthier lifestyle. Now I have my own little place setting. My journey is still on going and a struggle at times. But all I have to do is blog that I need help and this wonderful community steps up and helps me. Have a wonderful week. emoticon emoticon
