Happy Sunday everyone! Here in Texas we had some crazy winter weather! It was 80 degrees yesterday then today... 24!!! What the poop! That's Texas for you!
Today was difficult. My 4 year old had a stomach bug, the same bug my 2 year old had Thursday so there was a lot of throw up but I have to give it to my kids, they are very good and throwing up in a trash can!!!
Today I did 20 minutes of Qi Gong, something I actually really enjoy. I like to do yoga during the weekend as an active rest type thing but I really like Qi Gong on Sundays because it's very relaxing and it calms me down ready for the coming week.
Yes I started my day off with a donut... not my best choice at all. I didn't get to sleep until 2am last night then got woken up at 5am so I took my 2 year old to the grocery store while Daddy stayed with our sick girl so a donut was quick... and tempting...
My early lunch was a sandwich
So I did not eat both chocolate bars! My sister got these for my husband and I. They're blue corn chip with white chocolate and almonds and salt with dark chocolate... surprisingly good but I only had two squares of each.
Snack was a bowl of special K chocolate and almond cereal... I had a lot of sweets today... yipes
I really did have a lot of sweets today... it was my mom's birthday party today so I had a cupcake... 1 cupcake, not bad but with the donut, chocolate bars and cereal I really did go a little overboard!
Dinner was steak (that I weighed!) broccoli, and a baked potato that wasn't done when I started eating so I had that later.
I've already got my meals planned out for tomorrow so Day 3 will be a lot healthier!!
Plus with my daughter's stomach bug gone I won't be stressed out either... throw up is not fun at all for me!
Well guys that's all for today! I have a lot to do tomorrow and I'm exited to fill in my BMI for March!
