So I FINALLY signed up for 5k. I am hoping this will motivate me start a workout program! I have about 90 days to hit my target weight and 83 days until the race! I have 2 friends and a sister-in-law doing the race with me. I am so excited. I am going to start journaling more with my progress. This week I would like to do some cardio, yoga and work out 4-5 days. My eating goal this week is to eat 7-9 servings of fruit each day, drink enough water.
My husband and I are also starting a new venture, that I am hoping will motivate me to continue on my getting healthy journey. They are a health and wellness company. I am excited for my next 90 days. I am digging deep and finding my motivation to lose my last 30 pounds.
