I recently checked my YouTube channel subscriptions looking for new pilate moves when I stumbled across Brenda Lee Turner ' s video on her success journal. She has goal tabs, a success log for when achieve even small goals, and a "universe" tab for sending out your daily goals and intentions out into the world - I basically see this as a prayer tab for praying to achieve your fitness goals. Regardless of what you want to call it I agree with her about one thing. When you write down anything (especially your goals) something happens in your brain where it just happens, that you're actually more likely to do them in your daily out and about's. But it all only happens when you make a point to look over your notes and continue to write EVERYDAY. You can't just write it down once, lose your papers and expect to reach your goals. You have to be conscious of them everyday by reviewing and continue writings. And that's my new goal for this upcoming week. To make my Success Goal journal. Anyone else interested? I know I'm pretty excited!
