March Goals

Don’t drink pop starting March 5th.
Track calories M-F. Stay under 1,800 calories.
Exercise 750 minutes.
Throw Lorelei an awesome birthday party.
Write 75% (15 pages) of my paper.

February could have been better. I ended the month a couple pounds up instead of down. Time to rock March and finish my weight loss competition at work with a bang. I've got a $150 prize on the line so I need to bring it! I am giving up pop. I am consuming too much of it which leads to not consuming enough water. I have found in the past it is an all or nothing thing for me so I guess I have to go with none at all. We are going to try and have another baby in January so I would give it up then anyway. I am just starting 10 months early.

    Oh, so exciting to try for Baby 2! I was just saying that I miss being pregnant, though we're not ready for Jane's sibling yet. Also, as a sidenote, I love that you call it "pop"--I grew up in Michigan but have quietly dropped "pop" from my vocabulary now that I live out east.
    Good luck with your goals! $150 is a great incentive!
