February could have been better. I ended the month a couple pounds up instead of down. Time to rock March and finish my weight loss competition at work with a bang. I've got a $150 prize on the line so I need to bring it! I am giving up pop. I am consuming too much of it which leads to not consuming enough water. I have found in the past it is an all or nothing thing for me so I guess I have to go with none at all. We are going to try and have another baby in January so I would give it up then anyway. I am just starting 10 months early.
