WOW! Where did this month go! I'm still working on gettig my weight back down to where I was three weeks ago...darn steroids! =/ I'm breathing better and started riding my air dyne bike. I do 15 min starting out. I will slowly work my way up to more minutes as I get stronger. I just have to be patient with my self. Being sick with asthma for so long has put me way back with exercising. I started using hand weights two three pounds each. I'm going slow with the weights too...my husband use to be a boxer and coach. Now he can help me and he is coaching me...He has had to slow me down a little so I don't injure myself...He helps me to keep focussed on what is truly important. It's not a sprint I'm running. Takes time and patience to get back where I was last spring before I injured my foot and then the asthma came in September....God has given me his grace to continue on.
