Hello everyone! It hard to believe its the first day in March already! As I said in Wednesdays blog March is a fresh start. I am going to push myself harder than ever! Now I even have more motivation to get in shape by summer because I will either be going to Florida with my friends or go to Hawaii with my best friend and his family to see his sister that just got stationed over there. More than likely Florida because we can drive and its a whole lot cheaper! When I go I want to be in the best shape of my life and confident. And also there is a Luke Bryan concert in May at Solider Field in Chicago that I want to buy tickets for but I am going to wait until I lose 20 more pounds, I figured that would be a good reward for all my hard work!

This month I am going to try to blog 1-2 times a day. And I am going to start my own journal and write down all the foods I ate and what exercises I did that day! Sunday and Wednesday will be my weigh in day!

I decided its time to be very open and honest in my blogs. I usually don't tell everyone how much a weight on here but I figured it will help me out a lot and make me stay on track!Today I weighed in a 187.

I started my morning off with a breakfast essential drink and now I am going to relax until work! After work I am off to the gym! I hope everyone has a great weekend & I will talk to ya later!
