Yesterday was weigh day, both at home and at JC. After the disappointment last week i KNEW I was going to meet my first goal of 10 lb loss this week. What I didn't know was just how much came off! Not only did I lose my first 10 lb but I also met AND BEAT my birthday weight goal by 1 lb, 9 days early!! Needless to say I was pretty happy yesterday morning. Later in the afternoon, I had my weigh in with JC and she decided to take my measurements. I really didn't think anything of it, but I have lost 13 inches over all!! I have lost a foot of myself from my body! I was excited!! I couldn't even tell I had shrunk that much. emoticon My next goal is only 11 lb away,,, that will be my half way point. I am trying to decide between 2 rewards. My rewards are based on my "to do" list that I made at the beginning of the year. I decided that instead of just doing them i would use some as rewards. I am so happy, and so grateful to JC for helping with my weigh loss, and I cant wait to meet my next goal! 7 weeks (or less) to mid-way point! emoticon

I also just want to thank everyone who encourages me and lifts me up when I need it. By commenting on my page, or on a blog, whether it's a response to something, or a sporadic word I really do appreciate it. Some days you have no idea just how much I needed to hear it, or just to know that someone is on my side, and knows how I'm feeling. I try to visit blogs and pages, but dont always have the time, and I do all my tracking on my phone, I'm not usually actually at my laptop. I just want you all to know I do appreciate you and one of my new mini goals is to visit and comment more often. emoticon emoticon

    Whoo hoo you're doing it!!! Now you can just keep building on your successes! Keep up your good habits and get rid of a couple bad ones emoticon I am so happy for you! I don't weigh in till next Thursday because I'm out of town, but I've been working the program like I know I should with my own food and exercise. I'll let you know how it goes.     You are correct, YOU can do it!
    Sometimes a bad weigh in one week leads to a great one the next week if you don't let it discourage you and you stick to your plan.
