Streak Into Spring Day 1

I've been waiting to do another daily blog and I think I'll start one now! I was thinking about waiting until April (my birth month) but I'll go ahead and do this 20 day blog streak for now, who knows I might think of something awesome to blog about in April! I know that daily blogging really helped me during the holidays to maintain my weight (which was my goal)

So for my personal Streak into Spring I want to do 30 minutes of exercise a day, I think I'd also like to take pictures of my healthy springy food! (I enjoyed doing that in November!) Taking pictures of my food really helped me to wait to eat until everything was prepared then stop and enjoy my food before scarfing it down!

So I'll be back to update tonight with my menu and what exercise I did!

I did 20 minutes of yoga! It was really good but I was unfamiliar with this woman so it was a little strange the way she did yoga.

I kinda started off the day with gummy bears that my husband bought for me Friday night... not my best choice but I only had 8!
Breakfast was a very small bowl of cereal and an apple (I needed to go grocery shopping)
Lunch was egg burritos... yeah I hadn't made it to the grocery store yet either!
Dinner was a large ceaser salad and some homemade egg drop soup

    I was doing 50 but got bored with it. I'm still looking to find something that I will do for longer.
