February Goals Review

1) I need to be more consistent with working out. That means 5-6 days a week. I didn't do very well this month.
2) I need to stay in my calorie range more often. I was in range all but a few days this month.
3) I need to eat at least 5 freggies a day. I need to keep working on this.
4) I need to read my Bible and spend time with God every day. I only read a couple times this month other than at church and preparing for Sunday School lessons.
5) I need to drink at least 8 cups of water every day. I did really well with this, I only missed a couple days of drinking my water.
6) I need to strength train at least 3 days a week. Still working on this.
7) I need to stick with Flylady and get my house clean. This needs a lot of work.
