day one of not giving into junk food craving

i know i sound like a broken record but tday i have started my challege with battling junk food. boy had the junk food devil been on my back but so far so good. i have pushed him away. my goal is to blog about this everyday for the month of march. my goal for this month i the following...

salad for the month of march (all kinds of salads - no dressings)

i will replace sweets with fruits.
this is my goal and i will be sticking to it in the name of jesus.

    One thing for sure is that junk food is sure enough the devil! LOL Have you tried gluten snacks? I just found out they have oreo cookies. It's called K-Toos. Showing the link so you can see them. I found them at the grocery store (food lion). Shaun T had posted a picture of these on his page. They aren't "too" bad. Everything takes time and adjustment though. It took me some time to adjust to brown rice when I began so...maybe it's just me.

    Any ways....sugar is everywhere but once you stop eating it, it doesn't call your name any more like it normally does. Good for you. Sugar is something else.
