Cadbury Creme Egg Diet

It's Cadbury Creme Egg season again, and I've been buying them and eating them. No, not as my entire nutritional plan, as my title would suggest, but in order to treat myself and keep myself motivated. When I pack a lunch for work, I want to have something to look forward to, so I pack a "trackable" sweet, like a Peppermint Patty or a Creme Egg or some mixed nuts.
My point here is, you need to make sure you aren't depriving yourself or you'll set yourself up for failure. The Creme Eggs are 150 calories, but they are so sweet and rich that I find my sweet tooth is pretty well satisfied by them.
What "diet" are you on? What are you using to treat yourself and keep yourself on track without depriving yourself?
