Cleaning up my diet

I have been MIA from SP sorry! I just bought the 30 Day Challenge Nutrition Guide from The Daily Hiit. It was meant for their last challenge, but I really need to drastically clean up my eating and figured this would be an easy way to do it. I don't have the time or energy to do a bunch of research to find the best meal plan etc, so I didn't mind spending the money on it. They say losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise, so in the long run I figure it'll be worth it. I've read a few nutrition and we've all learned a lot being ere at SP, so most of the guide isn't exactly new: cut out the processed food, artifical sweeteners are evil, and eat real and organic food whenever possible. I really bought it for the 30 day meal plan. They include 20 recipes (5 of which are smoothies fyi). I'm excited to go shopping and get started!

Did any of you buy their 14 day Nutrition Guide based on Lisa-Marie's diet? Probably the same meal plan info, but I know they are different recipes. I'm wondering if they are any good/worth spending more money to get them?
