10836 was my Fitbit step count night before last. On track for a Ten K Steps a day fitness plan from the group on my profile. 45 mins treadmill walking and 15 mins on the bike is my normal fitness plan for the 10000 steps, but last night I did more bike legwork due to low time. I went to the Social Security office, and that took way more of the day compared to what I wanted.
