Scale, scale go away … and don’t come back another day

Wednesday, February 26, 2014

Arrrrrrr … I peaked at the scale today and no progress. Why, why does the scale have so much power???

I know what I have been doing and I have been doing well. So, I just won’t jump on the scale again until Sunday which is my official weigh in day.

Got up today and did my 20 minutes on the treadmill. Good for me.

my scale hasnt moved in a year, when it does its usually not the direction i had hoped for.
    i plataued and big time.
hoping when the weather warms i can finally get back to losing mode
just dont let it bother you so much, i had to learn to skip weigh in days due to the stress
just knowing my clothes felt looser and i was looking like i had lost weight, so why wasnt the scale agreeing, who knows
    just keep working hard.

Yay! Good with keeping up with the work out!

Don't worry about the scale. It's more important that you are doing the diet and exercise consistently where your body starts to feel better.

    Have a good evening.

Mtn-kitten and propman1, the scale-out-the-window is my favorite emoticon! So true! Keep walking! I've done the first half of my walking work-out for today, and need to do the second.

Put the scale in a closet and forget about it! Better to use another marker to show your weight loss. emoticon
