Last time I blogged you saw photos of my breakfast hemp pudding, well it turns out after testing it on it's own, I have a mild reaction to it!
It is day 26 of the plan and Meals have been similar except that yesterday I had maccaroons for breakfast, a morning glory muffin for morning snack and then since I had the car and was running around doing work and errands I did not have time to prepare food. Just before lunch I was done my chores and emailed my husband to ask if he would like to escape from the office for a lunch together!
Now, he usually says no, but he knew how much I love doing things like that, and we don't get to do it often, so he said yes!
Not only did we find a lovely place but the food was amazing!
It was quite posh, it was a Mediterranean restaurant and I ordered the Osso Bucco and my Dh ordered veal medallions, both came with steamed veg and mash!
OH MY GOODNESS! Heaven, I did not take a photo, I thought the place a little too up-market to be taking pics of my food!
Anyway it was delicious, more expensive than the usual date out but it was worth it!
I expected to be up this morning and my weight stayed the same! WOW!
We were still satisfied at dinner time and so did not have dinner, just some tea!

I discovered HEMP is not freindly for me which is too bad! Sigh! I am tired of the same breakfasts, I will have to test a new one!
I am going away this weekend and am taking 2 home made "PLAN" soups with me for lunches! :)
