Free Fall

I didn't just fall off the wagon the last couple of days, I free fell arms wide loving the wind in my hair till I hit bottom this morning. SIGH

I don't have anything to be depressed about. Yeah, Feb hasn't gone as well as I wanted and that is MY FAULT. I need to workout. BUT I did make some progress and was only a pound or so off from my end of month 2 goal.

BF and I are doing okay. He has major job stress and that is a little bit of a strain on things, but not the end of the world.

I got a new job. Major upgrade in the $$, a professional advancement and benefits. It is 3rd shift, but I will adapt. Or move on. This complicants the BF job stress, but it will work out.

WHY AM I FEELING DOWN? WHY DO I WANT TO SHOVE SUGAR AND GREASE IN MY PIE HOLE?

Grrrrrrr, frustrated.

    Stress causes a biological craving for fats and sugars, so it's a bodily thing, not you just going crazy. Not getting the sugar you are used to can make you more tired than usual, and on the same note, not quite as energetic/happy. Junk food can do the same because you don't get the quality ingredients that healthy food has.

    I am happy that you are getting to be happy.

    I'm sure that things will calm down soon. I did the free fall late last week and this week. I actually ate correctly today.
    Don't beat yourself up, Tomorrow is a new day and you can start new.
