I had a friend over for dinner a couple nights ago- salmon and brussel sprouts! She has lost an impressive amount of weight so we relate really well to each other. We got to talking about gym habits and workouts. She needs more motivation to workout so we agreed to be workout partners- i'm super excited.
Does anyone else have a gym buddies or struggle with accountability?
