Drop It Like A Squat!

I had a friend over for dinner a couple nights ago- salmon and brussel sprouts! She has lost an impressive amount of weight so we relate really well to each other. We got to talking about gym habits and workouts. She needs more motivation to workout so we agreed to be workout partners- i'm super excited.

Does anyone else have a gym buddies or struggle with accountability?

    That's so great! Sometimes people drift apart when there one person changes quite a bit.. but it's lovely that you guys can relate well to each other.

    I had a workout buddy. She's actually the one that got me off the couch and on my journey. Unfortunately she lost her steam and stopped working out with me, but I was on a roll so I just kept going! While it's great to have a buddy, make sure you don't rely on her entirely - you need to find some motivation from within sometimes ;)
