I have really been slacking when it comes to exercise. My normal routine would be to get up at 4:50 and exercise before work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and then on Saturday, but I haven't been doing that for about 5 months. I realized that is the biggest part of my problem right now. Well, I am happy to report that yesterday I broke that cycle. I got up (not an easy task) and exercised yesterday before work and I felt great. Today I didn't and I feel sluggish and tired. Why is it that we know what is good for us, but we don't do it?

Tomorrow I will be back at the gym and I WILL get back to my routine.
