What a workout

My arms are hurting this morning, my trainer worked me out yesterday. I got another session today and I will work out on my own tomorrow, then another session Friday. I am going to push myself a lot harder when I work out on my own. Since hiring a trainer I have realized I am not pushing myself like I should. I looked up Joe Cross on the internet and got some new juice recipes to make. I made a watermelon and strawberry juice this morning, it was good, to many strawberries. I have more juice for supper, the plan is chicken baked at supper. I bought a new book called 10-Day Detox Diet, it's a complete lifestyle change. I am reading it and will try it when I am finished reading it, it sounds like it is worth a try. I just hate when something that is considered a lifestyle change, a diet. I am not dieting, I am changing how I eat, I am eating healthier. SUre I am craving sweets, but I just say no and will continue to say know. I am getting natural sugars with my fruits. I do have almond milk ice cream bars and ice cream in the freezer, but I eat less than a 1/4 cup when I do eat it, it's good, but I just want to enjoy it.
