Today is my Spark re-start day. It's actually the first time I've logged my food and exercise this year. And today was the first time I've walked this year. Oops, where did January and February go?
I stuck to my menu plan yesterday, and the scale was down a pound this morning. Not sure whether that reflects reality, but I'll take it!
Anyway, I'm not going to play the numbers game with my scale right now. My goal is to use the next four weeks as a time to prime myself for weight loss by sticking to my menu plan, walking five times a week, and drinking water.
