SO I woke up super early and just laid in bed, I should have gotten up and worked out, but I was afraid of waking my daughter up. So I have gained a few pounds, nothing major, but shows I am not being active enough. Got my appointment with the personal trainer today, ready to have my butt worked off. He works me hard, which is what I need. Glad I dont work tonight, so I can take my bath of 1 cup Epsom salt, 1/2 cup baking soda, and 20 drops of lavender oil, it is soothing, but also a detoxing bath. I know the Epsom salt help with sore muscles. Made my juice this morning, got it down barely, I could taste the celery today. I am going to look up other recipes and see the different types of juices I can make. I bought a watermelon to juice, I think I will do that for supper. Juicing a watermelon is like having dessert for a meal, it is so good. I got to go buy so unflavored protein powder to put in my juice so I am getting protein, not wanting to loose my hair. SO my appointment went well yesterday, I am going to have a upper gi test done, the doctor want to make sure the band is where it is suppose to be. Then I am going to have a fill done with a fluoroscopic, if the band is still where it is suppose to be. He wants to fill the band to the fullest it can be, sounds good to me.
