Running in place is still good for me :)

EA always get's me going. I'm doing the first EA sports again. When I go back to the basics, it really does help me. Because EA has a lot of running in it, it helps me feel strong, because I'm not a distance runner. I tried to get into jogging/running and really pushed myself 3 years ago, I was doing alright but, I could never run for that long. Through that experience I learned that I don't necessarily enjoy running. It IS a hard exercise! I learned that I am not a distance runner but I do much better running in place. I know this sounds flip floppy. What I'm trying to say is, I know a lot of people like running outdoors because they see things, they have visual goals and they like to run distances but that's just not me. I enjoy running in place for a certain amount of time, or as EA has, on a track, or on a beach or trail, virtually. I feel stronger running in place because I don't feel like the distance in front of me is getting further and further away. It feels good to workout again emoticon
