My Goals:
To live a healthier more active life with my beloved husband, kids, and friends.

To learn how to better balance my work, home, school life, and still find time to focus on me any my health.

Control my emotional/stress eating and keep my workout routine going.

My Program:
*Track my food at least 5 days a week - emoticon

*Eat 5+ Fruits/Veggies at least 5 days a week - emoticon

*Drink at least 96 ozs of water a day - emoticon

*Limit processed foods - consious of it everyday

*Prepare my lunches for the week each Sunday - emoticon

* Go to gym during lunch at least 4 days a week and workout at home 2 days a week - out of my planned 24 days to workout during the last 4 weeks...I worked out 23 days = 96%

I had a lot more personal and work challenges this second 4 weeks. And I did not handle them emotionally well when it came to food. I did not have the progress I would have liked to have seen. But I did make some progress, so that is better than no progress or going backwards.

I am taking control of my life this year. I will not keep yo-yoing through my health. It is time to make things happen. This third four weeks WILL be better!!!
