Day 1 of 100

Monday, February 24, 2014

Today, I started small again. I have failed so many times. But, I've also succeeded in the past, and I know I can do it again!

I watched a video this morning about a lady who committed to going to the gym for 100 days.... and it made a huge difference! I can't get to the gym every day with how life is right now, but I CAN workout every day. Even if it is only for 10 minutes. So, that's my commitment... at least 10 minutes for 100 days.

Anyone want to join me? Your commitment can be something else, but maybe we can all do something for 100 days.

I love your idea of commiting to 100 days of 10 minutes of exercise. I want to join you, but I think I need to wait a few more days until I get a surgical drain out. After that, I want to make a commitment of 10 minutes of walking (or biking) outdoors for at least 10 minutes a day.

BTW...I think I have that exact same yellow jacket that you are wearing in your background photo.

Smiley you've had great success in the past and fun doing it! Remember all those successes to stay focused and successful. I watched you do it before so know you can do it now and YES love to join you in the 100 day challenge. I can't get to the gym but can do 10 minutes a day. I want to be in shape and look fabulous for my son's wedding September 20th. For all those who want to complete this challenge lets root for one another.... emoticon How can we check in with one another? Lets be determined and steady - challenge one another! emoticon emoticon

GREAT JOB! I'll join you for 10 min for 100! Usually I can get that 10 in by walking the dog but that feels like cheating, so I do an additional 10! I need something to keep me focused because of all the changes I have going on.

    This is a great idea!
