Getting my game back...

Been meaning to blog for a LOOONG time. It's crazy...been forever since I've been around here. Life's been, mixed up, in a nutshell. I haven't been well for a long time, emotionally, mentally and physically for reasons I don't wanna get into right now but the point is, I'm back and I've been getting my game back to working out regularly and feeling stronger. Actually lost 3 pounds, that hasn't happened in FOR-EV-ER so even a 3 feels fantastic and motivating to me right now. emoticon I probably have a lot to say....but I don't even know where to start. emoticon Currently my life has been about getting closer to God, focusing on trusting Him and getting back to good. Been being creative and making videos for my Youtube Chanel.

I have a hard time using the fitness trackers here, I do better to blog and talk about my workouts so I think that's what I'll start doing. So here's today's workout for Feb. 23, 2014:

1.4 mile walk
EA Workout
Xtreme Fitness Matt w/Yoga
Weights 4 sets of 5 for 3 movements= a total of 20reps per exercise
20 second Plank
