So I shared with you my terrible week during the ice storm and that I gained 1/2 lb during that week. Well i went to work this past week and weighted Wed and Thursday in the morning before I ate anything and I was down to 216.2lbs. Really?!?!?! Is that even possible? I did walk 3 days that week and really watched what I ate. But really????? That is an 8.3lb loss in a week, well not even a week. I had several of the other girls at work weight too just to make sure the scale wasn't off, and their weight was the same as it's always been ( they weren't trying to lose weight). So I don't know.
I'm wondering if it's because it's that time of the month. I have noticed over the last several months that I've been tracking my weight, that when I get ready to start I lose weight. So I guess the true test will be this week. Will the scale say the same or less or ... more?
