Not a lot to say but felt I should check in :)
I have been working with a lady at my work who is suppose to help me with losing weight, this is her job basically so I trust her advice and we worked out three goals. The first is to drink at least 46 oz of water a day, second is no eating samples at work (there is a lot and I munch on 50-80 calorie samples a lot), and third is eat and log 1200-1350 calories every day. So far I have been doing well with the first two but logging and eating my calorie range has been hard. I have been binging A LOT these past two days! It's horrible! I know what I want and what I need to do to achieve it but I keep eating like a mad man. So anyway I am working on it and I have to meet with her again march 3rd so I hope by then I have myself together
Oh! and my new goal weight is 175 she says that would be a perfect bmi so that's the goal to see if I can get there by the end of the summer the earliest of course if I do reach that goal (HOPEFULLY!!) and I still wanna go for 160 then I shall. Hope you are all well!
