So new week to get myself in gear. I started personal training last week and I can now move my legs again. I go today so I am wondering how bad I will hurt and for how long. I bought a BOSU, flat on one side and round on the other. My trainer told me that it will help with my core and since my gym doesnt have them I invested. Its weird I go to 2 different gyms right now, but that's ok. I am going back to juicing for the week, or maybe 2, but I will eat a spinach salad for lunchs so I dont fall out at the gym. I have a goal to get to a certain weight in a year, so I have to work really hard. I plan on picking up yoga, I have heard good things about that. I know I have plenty of yoga that goea with my Kinect. I have ignored that but I am fixin to hook it back up and get to doing that again. I am really going to be trying a lot harder at losing weight than I have tried.

    Good for you Alhoover 81. I had not heard from you in a while. I sent mental encouragement to stick with your plan. I have seen videos with the BOSU. I take yoga classes (try for 3x a wk) and love them. And, I have the Wii. Many people say it is not a good workout but it really is how much effort goes into it. We live 20 minutes from town so if I don't hit yoga after work then, my Wii is my go to. Island run and hula hoop break a sweat for me. So, get that Kinect hooked up and get your kids competing with you. I haven't gotten to juicing yet but I follow your comments! emoticon
