So new week to get myself in gear. I started personal training last week and I can now move my legs again. I go today so I am wondering how bad I will hurt and for how long. I bought a BOSU, flat on one side and round on the other. My trainer told me that it will help with my core and since my gym doesnt have them I invested. Its weird I go to 2 different gyms right now, but that's ok. I am going back to juicing for the week, or maybe 2, but I will eat a spinach salad for lunchs so I dont fall out at the gym. I have a goal to get to a certain weight in a year, so I have to work really hard. I plan on picking up yoga, I have heard good things about that. I know I have plenty of yoga that goea with my Kinect. I have ignored that but I am fixin to hook it back up and get to doing that again. I am really going to be trying a lot harder at losing weight than I have tried.
