Really cold bug?

So this past week I've been taking it easy. I have been dealing with the normal kid stuff and then falling asleep in the rocker. Being a homeschooling mom while one is sick has unique challenges. I would love to say I'm like a super hero and just get it done, but that is unrealistic. So we got started later each day. Took us longer to get it done. Unfortunately, my workouts suffered. I normally do my workout after our school day is over. Helps me relax and one or both of my girls try to join me (depending on the workout). Our family fitness hour took a hit, but for the first time in a long time I remembered that sometimes the your body needs to rest. I chose not to push myself and I honestly am feeling better sooner than I usually do.

    emoticon Sometimes a body needs to rest and yours is rewarding you by getting better quicker than usual. It can be Hard to take Rest Days but as you discovered -- It is Vitally Important!!
