Revisited SMART Goals

This is what I wrote at the beginning of the round: SMART: I will do ST 3 to 4 times a week to attain a more toned body. I will continue with my cardio and add in 2 days of running.
I will do this for the next 6 weeks & then evaluate my progress and make changes where necessary. I will take measurements.
As for nutrition I am already eating healthy with the occasional treat so as long as I continue with this then I am good.

1. I need to be consistent with my ST.
2. Running didn't happen because I keep getting this cold back but watch out when I am completely healthy.
3. I never did take measurements. I will do that in the morning tomorrow and add it on my tracking page.
4. The occasional treat became a little more frequent lately so I will cut down on them.
