Breathe...my attempt to lessen tiredness and cravings later in the day...

My thought is that in the beginning of the day, I do get things done, but I forget to breathe enough or deeply enough. Therefore toward the latter part of the day I am very tired and to feel better I crave food, mostly carbs, Of course that does not cure my tiredness or negative feelings.

I will post a sign near my computer and elsewhere in the house to remind myself to breathe more deeply--well--breathe anyway.

I hope this is about breathing...

I sure hope this is a tactic that can help me stretch my energy throughout the day.
