I'm still learning and making adjustments! I realized this walking plan succeeded in keeping me walking during the winter months, spending time with the kids & other families and I reached my goal of our family participating in the Bridge Walk. I loved the interaction with others. I also learned that more people equals different walking paces!
So I'm adjusting....this cannot be my only walk of the day! For this season of winter, it worked great. However moving forward, I need to make some adjustments! This morning (as the weather warms up a little) I returned to taking my early morning walk alone. I will continue to walk this afternoon with friends. I may set up cones along the walking track this afternoon. This way I can set up some interval training - running or jogging every other cone. I think the kids might have some fun with this too.

    That is a great quote and you've got a great plan. It is so important to be adhpjusting all the time and setting small goals along the way. Good work!
